Whether you want to lose some weight or learn to embark on a new, healthier lifestyle, Katherine Scott can provide the tools and education to create a healthier you.
Katherine Scott, a Hodgkin’s Lymphoma cancer survivor who, while recovering from cancer treatments, was given a copy of “The Wheatgrass Book” by Ann Wigmore. The information about raw and living food diet and wheat grass juice was so compelling and rang so true to her she adopted the program. As she experienced the diet and practiced the detoxification techniques, she experienced an extraordinary feeling of well being. At that point, she lost all fear of the disease returning and found unbounded hope based on her new-found knowledge and direct experience.
Determined to help others experience the same benefits she received, she received training at The Optimum Health Institute in Texas and for 4 years directed the 40 Blades of Grass Retreat Center. Kathrine teaches and serves her community via the Healthy Eaters Club, teaching individuals with health and self-care challenges how to provide the perfect nourishment a body needs in order to heal itself.
Now Katherine has decided to offer her expertise as a personal coach to help you make the changes in your life that will bring a new level of health and happiness.  She will help you learn how to prepare a healthy raw and living food diet, and how to use simple and safe methods for detoxification as you pursue and achieve your health goals!

Whether you are at the very beginning of the journey to health, or somewhere along the path, Katherine will help you discover what will work for you and how to get there - from helping you rebuild your pantry to some of the advanced skills of fermentation, sprouting and other food prep tips, you'll have a personal consultant to guide and encourage you along the way.
